A new toy for Daddy

Has the manufacturing of these objects become illegal? Is it because they are considered unsafe? Are they easily tipped? If you have answered "yes" to any of those questions then you probably have the main reason why Jason bought it in the first place!!!!!! Actually, it's not for rough-riding, just tooling around here & there...a friend was selling it for a deal so Jason jumped. And with 6 inches of snow on the ground, it makes a great chance for Daddy/Daughter bonding!
