Feathered Visitors

This spring we were visited MANY times by this mallard couple. We saw them around the neighborhood just about every day but they apparently enjoyed coming to our house & munching the birdseed. Sometimes they just passed through, sometimes they ate, and sometimes they just took a nap!! Just about 2 weeks ago we saw them with - get this - FOURTEEN little babies trailing behind!! Well done, mallards, well done.


(I wonder what they were talking about :-)
