Ever been to a pig roast?

 Eeew.....so along with some friends we helped host a pig roast.  Having NEVER done it before, I'm not sure we were really prepared for the experience, but it was so much fun and SOOO yummy!  Looking forward to the next one!  But it was the image of this box that was quite unsettling :-)

 Poor pig.

 He roasted all night long....and he tasted soooooo good!

 And it took 2 hrs to carve all of it, but was worth it!
