A long drive to Viriginia...but a wonderful visit

We took a long weekend and drove to Williamsburg, Virginia to visit with my sister Sharon & her family. A conference for my brother-in-law brought them all the way from Seattle! It was crazy with all the kids but ALWAYS entertaining!
We have been blessed with a beautiful family.

On our last night, as soon as we returned to the hotel to pack (at 10:30pm) everything went black. For blocks around, electricity was out and didn't return til around 1:00am. It was a rough night! (the lights that you do see are fire & electrical trucks)

Inside Colonial Williamsburg...

We didn't have alot of time to spend inside (and the primary reason for this trip was to visit with family, not history) but we got free tickets so why not take a walk?
As you can see it was a BEAUTIFUL day!!
